Shipping and Delivery
We dispatch items within the UK and worldwide (some countries excluded). As of 28.12.2020 we no longer post to Europe, we are sorry for this and it is because of the Brexit added admin. From Monday to Friday stock permitting orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 working days after cleared payment has been received and an email confirming the dispatch is sent to the email address provided.
When placing your order please ensure that you give your correct address for delivery since we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect. We also cannot take any responsibility for a lost or stolen parcel if you request it is left somewhere else than at your address.
Every care is taken to get your order to you quickly and safely, however, occasionally parcels may go missing in transit. If this happens please contact us on email@example.com quoting your order reference number and we’ll investigate it for you.
Once you’ve received your order all risk of damaging and losing the goods is passed on to you. If you intend to return the goods as per our cancellation policy please ensure you take good care of them. We recommend that you ask for proof of postage and use a recorded service as we cannot take the responsibility if the goods are lost in transit. UK deliveries are FREE. We dispatch your items using standard Royal Mail service.
We offer one delivery option in the UK regardless of the amount of parcels or goods in your order:

Rest of the world.
For the rest of the world delivery is charged at £9 and is estimated to arrive within 7-14 working days.
Please note that import duty, sales taxes, charges and VAT may apply on deliveries outside of the UK and may be levied on international orders at their destinations. These fees are out of our control and are not the responsibility of Hei Moose, these costs are to be paid by the purchaser. Therefore please contact your local customs office to check your local sales taxes or similar before placing an international order, as any additional customs clearance costs are borne by you.
